Description:
The subject of performance within the meaning of this public contract is the supply and implementation of solutions for the modernization of the hospital information system of the General University Hospital in Prague, including ensuring interoperability with EHEALTH systems, implementation of structured electronic medical documentation, connection to NCPEH and integration interfaces according to IHE XDS.B/MHD standards, within the EHEALTH project and interoperability of the General University Hospital in Prague.

One -time delivery:
a) Delivery of time -unlimited use of multilicence to the above SW solution providing modernization Hospital information system of the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter also "SW solution") for unlimited number of users of the contracting authority.

d) Clinic of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology
e) Clinic of anesthesiology, resuscitation and intense medicine (Karim)
Including all required activities referred to in chap. 4 Annex 2 of the Term Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "ZP") - Implementation and including the required integration of selected IS and registers.
