• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the realization of the buildings "ČEJČ, CHODNÍK TO SOKOLOVňA" and "ČEJČ, PARKING SPACE AND PATHWAY AT ZŠ". 1. The subject of the construction "ČEJČ, CHODNÍK K SOKOLOVNA" is the new construction of a pedestrian walkway and separate descents to adjacent plots. It also deals with adjustments areas in front of the falconry, including barrier-free access to the falconry facility. Rainwater is channeled onto adjacent land or into existing street drains, the drainage method remains unchanged. The building is designed on land adjacent to Nádražní street. The sidewalk, approx. 123.6 m long, is designed along road II/422 (Ul. Nádražní), in the green belt between the road and adjacent properties. In km 0.030; 0.04303; 0.05674 and 0.070 proposed slopes encroach on adjacent plots and are therefore addressed as separate SOs. IN km 0.106 35 a place for crossing is proposed, which is followed by the modification of the areas in front of the falconry of approx. 16 m in length. 2. The subject of the construction "ČEJČ, PARKING STAND AND SIDEWALK AT ZŠ" is the new construction of a sidewalk and parking spaces, including public lighting. Rainwater is diverted to adjacent land or into existing street drains. The method of drainage remains preserved. The implementation of the plan does not change the effect on the affected area, the surroundings or the runoff conditions. The building is designed on adjacent plots between Brněnská streets and Behind the school. The footpath, approx. 47.5 m long, is from the existing exit from road II/380 (ul. Brněnská) towards the local road (ul. Za školou). The parking spaces are designed as an extension of the exit from road II/380 (ul. Brněnská). 9 parking spaces are proposed, of which one parking space for persons with limited mobility and orientation.
