- Description:
- Ensuring traffic service by public services in the transport of passengers by public rail passenger transport in parts of the territory of the South Bohemian Region in the sense of Β§ 3, paragraph 2 ZVS to the extent stipulated by the contract. Traffic service will be provided on sections of the tracks in the territory of the South Bohemian Region with possible overlaps onthe territory of the neighboring regions (the territory of the Central Bohemian Region, the Pilsen Region and the VysoΔina Region), if the South Bohemian Region receives the consent of the neighboring region, or also in the territory of Austria, if the South Bohemian Region receives the consent of the relevant public authority.
The subject of the contract is the operation of rail transport on the followingh tracks:
no. 190 (Plzen -) Strakonice - Δeske BudΔjovice (in the section Δeske BudΔjovice HoraΕΎΔovice suburb)
no. 195 - Rybnik - Lipno nad Vltavou
no. 196 - Δeske BudΔjovice - Summerau
no. 199 - Δeske BudΔjovice - Δeske Velenice - Gmuend
no. 200 Protivin Beroun (in the section Protivin Pisek)
no. 201 RaΕΎice Tabor (in the section RaΕΎice Pisek mΔsto)
no. 220 - BeneΕ‘ov u Prahy - Δeske BudΔjovice
no. 225 - HavliΔkΕ―v Brod - Veseli nad LuΕΎnici (in the section Veseli nad LuΕΎnici PoΔatky-Ε½irovnice)
no. 226 Δeske Velenice Veseli nad LuΕΎnici.
The lines may possibly be extended in accordance with Β§ 3 paragraph 2 of the ZVS afterby agreement with the consent of the neighboring region to its territorial district and, possibly after prior agreement with the relevant public authority of another state, to the neighboring territorial district. During the duration of the contract, there may be changes to the above-mentioned routes (especially extensions or shortenings) or the creation of new ones... - Documents:
