- Description:
- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter referred to as "VZMR") is the supply of goods, which means electrical appliances according to the Product Specification - see tender documentation of this VZMR (hereinafter also "ZD VZMR"). The delivery will be carried out as a whole in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the contractual model of which is Satparticipates ZD VZMR. The contracting authority does not allow alternative solutions.
The participant shall attach a draft of the Purchase Agreement to his offer, which forms an attachment to this procurement documentation, see Documents - fill in mainly their identification data, the bid price, the signature of the authorized person and other data that respond to the conditions enteredof this VZMR.
