Description:
The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the conclusion of the Framework Agreement for the supply of electricity between the selected supplier and the contracting authority.
The subject of the Framework Agreement will be the obligation of the selected supplier to enter into contracts with individual members of the Veolia Group on the combined electricity supply service and on the basis ofsupply electricity to the customer's HV and LV level take-off points under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement. In this documentation, the supply of electricity means the supply of electricity by the selected supplier, with the supplier taking on the obligation to take electricity from the electricity supplyavy together with assuming responsibility for the deviation, and further the supplier will ensure the distribution of electricity for the client, in the period from 01.01.2023 00:00 hours to 31.12.2023 24:00 hours.
