- The subject of the public contract is the physical supply of electricity to the client's off-take points (hereinafter referred to as supply) to the authorized customer (hereinafter referred to as the client) with the assumption of the obligation to take electricity from the electricity system, including the transfer of responsibility for deviations to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., onterms of doing business and on the performance of state administration in the energy sector (Energy Act), as amended and in accordance with Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 541/2005 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, pricing principles for the activities of the electricity market operator and the implementation of certain other udetermination of the Energy Act, as amended, and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended, from the voltage level.
