- The subject of the public contract is to ensure the obligation of the Provider for the Client through an electronic system, usually called cafeteria (hereinafter referred to as the "e-system") of the provision of goods and services in the fields of health, sport, culture, social development (hereinafter referred to as "benefits") and meals. Benefits will be Provided in the form of non -monetary performance, paid by the Client as an employer to its employees, in accordance with relevant generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 250/2000 Coll. on income taxes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Income Tax Act).
