Description:
The subject of this public order is the provision of an electronic record system for museum-type collections of the Hradec Kralove Region managed by contributory organizations established by the KHK in the field of culture (memory institutions) intended for the registration, handling and storage of collection items. It is aboutprovision of SW including a license (an unlimited number of licenses for user access and an unlimited license for the number of collection items), implementation and migration of data from the existing system according to the specification and scope of performance of the public contract, contained in Annex No. 3 of the tender conditions (Table of fulfillment of minimum requirementsh parameters of the registration system). The contract also includes the provision of technical support for the electronic record system for a period of 48 months.
