Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of electronic sending of letter parcels, including the evaluation of the delivery of parcels.
The estimated number of shipments is an average of 5,000 units per month. The client will hand over the consignments for processing on an ongoing basis as needed.
The client requires:
a) ensure consumptionmaterial (papers, forms, envelopes, etc.),
b) print documents and envelopes, or print to the forms from the submitted data files,
c) edit documents and addresses graphically,
d) complete shipments (enveloping and packaging),
e) evaluate delivered and returned shipments (automated non-collection processingof urgent shipments and deliveries of delivered shipments in the electronic file service system),
f) submit postal shipments in bulk on behalf of the customer through a company that is a postal service operator within the meaning of Act No. 29/2000 Coll., on postal services, as amended,
g) closureexecute a contract on the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended. The contracting authority will reimburse the supplier (provider) only for what was actually ordered and at the same time Mrservices actually, properly and on time provided by the provider.
