- The subject of the public contract is the supply of a new laboratory device - an Electrophysiological measuring system (MEA) for the Preclinical Center. It is an automated bioelectronic assay for measuring the electrical and impedance signals of cells on a multiwell plate plates (MEA=multi-electrode assay + impedance) for cardiomyocytes, neurons and other cells of the nervous system The MEA detection system is used to detect electrical and impedance signals of cells in real time and without labeling in multiwell plates. Enables this measurements for cells derived from neural tissue, cardiomyocytes and other dynamic cell types. The system provides information on spontaneous and synchronized activity of neuronal networks, action potentials and contractility of cardiomyocytes, dynamic proliferation, morphology and barrier function of cells. It also allows monitoring the effect of pharmacological agents, toxins or genetic modulations on cell signaling and function in real time. Data is exportable for advanced dynamic process analysis and interpretation pharmacological, toxicological and neurophysiological experiments.
