Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is to implement measures for the remediation of existing damp masonry incl. Related construction measures of the historical part of the elementary school. The project documentation is divided by the proposed construction work into two separate stages and assumes the implementation of the first stage (most of the SO01) In 2025, realization II. Stages (part SO 01, SO 02, SO 03) in 2026. The school in the basement premises includes changing rooms, gym, classroom for practical teaching and technical facilities. Within the SO 01, the stage is designed for the first stage: • demolition of brick in front of the gym • cutting plasters incl. pairingmasonry with debris to landfills • removal of ceramic tiles with re -treatment • Removing wood lining • remediation internal plaster system • anti -altitude measures for salt neutralization • assembly of diffusion rails for ventilation in the heel of masonry •Horizontal and vertical insulation of masonry grouting • Line grouting of masonry • Waterproofing squeegee Internal walls • supply and installation of electro -eosmosis system • drying of masonry incl. Reduction of internal relative humidity and ventilation space • waterproofing bitumen squeegee outer incl. nop foil (passage tonorthwest side) • Disassembly and return assembly of ditch troughs incl. modifications of concrete surfaces in passage to the northwest side with connection to existing inlet • excavation and backfilling
