- The system will serve the public to ensure access to documents processed for the building by energy specialists. The system will solve the comprehensive agenda of energy specialists pursuant to Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, as amended To carry out the activities of the energy specialist or its recognition, organization and conduct of professional examinations, issuing decisions according to the Administrative Procedure Code, supporting the activities of continuous education of energy specialists, inspection of the SEI, etc. The system will cover the complete agenda of reporting (PENB, audits, etc.).
System It will be connected to basic registers and other state administration systems (ROB, ROS, Land Register/Ruian, Citizen Identity, Caais, Penalties, Reza, SEF system). The system connects the system, for example, to verify the identity of the building owner before the actual data and documents.
The system enables Monitoring of energy consumption to create a robust platform for public and state institutions for monitoring their energy consumption and providing an overview of the buildings fund owned by these institutions to improve the public sector's energy management. The system will also be used for monitoring austerity measures implemented for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation pursuant to Article 8 of the Directive 2023/1791 of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency.
