Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a contract for work (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the contract is the complete delivery, assembly and installation of photovoltaic power plants (hereinafter referred to as the "PVE") on buildings owned by Česke Raily, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "ČD") in the form of Design & Build, according to the list that is part of Annex 2 of the Contract. The processing is divided into two phases.
In the first phase, the selected supplier will ensure the processing of project documentation for building permit (DPS) and other necessary requirements needed to obtain a building permit (eg fire Security solutions (PBR), etc.), according to conditions that are specified in detail in particular in Article II of the Contract. The contracting authority points out that the participant is limited by the maximum amount allocated for roof adjustment. This amount is specified in Annex 6 ZD - the total bid price. In case of exceeding This price will be excluded from the tender.
