• Description:
• The subject of the public contract are two closely related stages of implementation, firstly the stage entitled "ENERGY SAVING MEASURES - SCHOOL CAMPUS GYMNAZIA AND SOŠ, UL. MLÁDEŽNÍKŮ 1115, ROKYCANY - CONSTRUCTION, which deals with energy saving measures in all pavilions of the school area (Pavilion "A" - entrance pavilion, Pavilion "B" - classroom pavilion, Pavilion "C" - kitchen, catering, Pavilion "D" - technical facilities, apartments, gymnasium, Pavilion "E" - gymnasium, changing rooms). The content of the energy-saving measures is the insulation of the envelope of the listed buildings - pavilions (walls, roofs, openings), including the installation of opaque blinds in pavilion "B" and in pavilion "C", as well as a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of building "B". With regard to the proposed insulation of pavilion "E", an air-conditioning system is proposed for securing suitable microclimate conditions in the space above the ceiling of the gymnasium. The second specific stage of implementation is entitled "MODERNIZATION OF THE SCHOOL KITCHEN GYMNÁZIA AND SOŠ ROKYCANY", which is focused on the modernization of the school canteen - pavilion "C", is supported by a subsidy from OPŽP with reg. no. of the project: CZ.05.01.01/02/24_064/0004291 and includes the modernization of the catering operation of the school kitchen of the Gymnázia and the Rokycany SOŠ, i.e. the gastro technologies used in this operation and related layout modifications and internal building reconstruction, including full reconstruction of medical technical installations and distributions related to the replacement of equipment and facilities of the catering operation. A complete replacement of gastro technology is proposed, taking into account the maximization of energy savings when the proposed technologies are more economical than the devices that are being replaced, by at least 30%, in terms of key indicators for providing the subsidy.
