The subject of the order is to buy an injection molding machine with automation for the production of plastic packaging. The line consists of an injection molding machine that ensures the production of thin -walled packaging from the PP material and automation. Automation means a technical device that removes plastic parts from the mold, postponed them toThe checkpoint and the control station stacks finished parts into the columns. The maximum total cycle time is 8 s. The dimension of the control station is 1600 x 550 mm. The checkpoint itself is not subject to delivery, the investor provides independently.From the PP material, with a wall thickness of about 0.85 mm, the robot removes the parts from the departure half, and transmits to the control station (dimensions approx. 1600 x 550 mm - oriented in the longitudinal axis with a shut -off unit). The size of the tentacle for removing parts is about 650 mm length, height 350 mm, thickness 250 mm.
