• Description:
• The building rights project of the M2 building in the former Tesla industrial complex in Ronov pod Radhotm. The main subject of the Contract is the insulation of the roof of this building, in particular to the following extent: aa) removal of the remaining constructions, and ab) remediation of cracks in the influence of masonry, and ac) building a house cooling units on the new steel platform on the main street of the building in the southeast corner, and d) building platforms for technical equipment on the road, and ae) construction of noise-proof walls on the east side of the main roof surfaces and on the north side of the roof, and f) completely insulated building facades including follow-up constructions with integrated lighting, and ag) in the tank full opening, ah) a new composition of flat roofs with mPVC foil covering including related insulation was made, ai) renovation and addition of external ramps and stairs, aj) installation of external allusions, including sleepers electrical installation, and) installation of lighting at ceiling level above 1.N.P. on the entrance and west facade of building M2. The essence of the subject of the Order is according to: ba) lighting and opening of the passage through the connecting neck between the object M2 and C2, including the demolition of the kiosk for the connection point of technical gases, b) covered by DNSH and fulfilled the conditions related to the conditions of the OP TAK subsidized program, bc) the related additional cost budget.
