Description: The subject of the public contract is to provide advice on energy services with guaranteed results (EPC) for clients of the contracting authority.
The subject of the Public Procurement will be co-financed from the European Union Horizon 2020 program, the European Investment Bank Elena (European Local Energy Assistance). Outputs of public procurement can be used for projects co-financed by the Environmental Operational Program, Business Operational Program and Innovation for Competitiveness, Technology Operational Program and Applications for Competitiveness or Other Financing Resources.
Contracting authority in accordance with Section 131 et seq. Risk concludes a framework agreement with five participants whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous in the tender procedure.
Public procurement on the basis of a framework agreement will take place with the restoration of the competition according to § 135 of the score.
