Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
•providing standard support for 204 Arcserve CPU licenses in the following range:
for 45 CPU Arcserve UDP Premium Plus Edition Socket Three Year Enterprise Maintenance Renewal
for 159 CPU Arcserve UDP Advanced Socket Three Year Enterprise Maintenance Renewal
•providing a maximum of 40 working days / Man-day (hereinafter referred to as "MD") of above-standard support. Above-standard support will be drawn on the basis of the Client's requirements.
Standard and above-standard support will be provided in the period from 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2027 inclusive.

The subject of the public order is:
•provision of standard support for 204 Arcserve CPU licenses in the following scope:
opro 45 CPU Arcserve UDP Premium Plus Edition Socket Three Year Enterprise Maintenance Renewal
opro 159 CPU Arcserve UDP Advanced Socket Three Year Enterprise Maintenance Renewal
•providing a maximum of 40 working days / Man-day (hereinafter referred to as "MD") of above-standard support. Above-standard support will be drawn on the basis of the Client's requirements.
Standard and above-standard support will be provided in the period from 7/1/2024 to 30. 6. 2027 inclusive.
