Description:
The subject of performance of this public contract is the supplier's obligation to carry out the service contracting authorities consisting of catering at the contracting authority's events organized on 27 and 28 October 2025 in Prague's Castle. On October 27, 2025The diplomatic corps, and the meeting is planned for 200 persons. On October 28, 2025, it will be the provision of catering services for meetings on the occasion of the public holiday, and this meeting is planned for 2000 people. The event will be divided into an early evening meeting for 200 people and receptionFor these 200 persons and another 1800 guests, the reception will be a total of 2000 persons. Within the subject of performance, the selected supplier will also ensure operating and supporting staff, at a minimum number of 100, which will also include min. 15 pupils or students from a vocational school or schools.Last but not least, the subject of performance and the provision of inventory for the above services is part of the subject, ie. In particular, the provision of glass, porcelain, cutlery, gastro containers and gastro textiles (including variations of decorations) in sufficient quantities corresponding to the range of the action. The selected supplier within the subject of performance shall ensureAlso tablecloths on individual tables, their cuts and subsequent removal and washing. The detailed conditions of performance are given in the tender documentation and its attachments. The total value of this public contract, including the reserved change in the obligation, is CZK 2,400,000 (words: two million four hundred thousandCzech crowns) without VAT.Section 100 (1) of the ZZVZ is CZK 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand Czech crowns) without VAT.
