• The subject of the public order is the comprehensive provision of catering services for patients, employees and other diners in accordance with applicable legislation and quality standards for Nemocnice Strakonice, a.s. The future supplier undertakes to produce and deliver food including beverages for the client's patients and employees and to provide related services under the conditions and in the manner set out in the technical conditions (Appendix No. 2a) and in the draft contract for the provision of catering services, which form Appendix No. 2, which are integral part of these tender conditions. The future supplier will ensure uninterrupted operation of the catering facility. "Ensuring catering services for patients, employees and other boarders of Strakonice Hospital, a.s." The subject of the public contract is comprehensive security catering services for patients, employees and other boarders in accordance with applicable legislation and quality standards for Strakonice Hospital, a.s. The future supplier undertakes to produce and deliver food, including drinks, for the client's patients and employees and to provide related services under the conditions and in the manner set out in the technical conditions (Annex No. 2a) and in the draft contract for the provision of catering services, which forms Annex No. 2, which are an integral part of these tender conditions.
