• (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract is the provision of low-speed control weighing of road motor vehicles of all categories specified in the provisions of § 38a paragraph 1 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on theroads, as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "ZoPK"), including vehicle combinations made up of these vehicles, on Class I road No. I/50 in the cadastral territory of Stary Hrozenkov (the definition of categories of vehicles is specified in Act No. 56/2001 Coll. on conditions of vehicle operation on roads, ve, as amended, and Implementing Decree No. 341/2014 Coll., on the approval of technical capacity and on the technical conditions for the operation of vehicles on roads, as amended), in accordance with other provisions of the ZoPK, including other activities related to the inspectiondriving of vehicles and activities resulting from generally binding legal regulations.
  The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract is the provision of low-speed control weighing of road motor vehicles of all categories listed in the provisions of § 38a, paragraph 1 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on public transport,as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoPK"), including vehicles consisting of these vehicles, on Class I road No. I/50 in the cadastral territory of Stary Hrozenkov (the definition of categories of vehicles is specified in Act No. 56/2001 Coll. on conditions of vehicle operation on roads, as amendedregulations and implementing decree No. 341/2014 Coll., on approval of technical capacity and on technical conditions for the operation of vehicles on roads, as amended), in accordance with other provisions of the ZoPK, including other activities related to the control weighing of vehicles and actsobligations resulting from generally binding legal regulations.
