Ensuring check weighing of road vehicles - Stary Hrozenkov 2023-2027
Description of the contract: The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract is the provision of low-speed check weighing of road motor vehicles of all categories listed in the provisions of § 38a, paragraph 1 of the Act c. 13/1997 Coll., on landcommunications, in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "ZoPK"), including vehicles consisting of these vehicles, on the I. class road c. operation of vehicles on land roads, inno later regulations and implementing decree c. 341/2014 Coll., on the approval of technical capacity and technical conditions for the operation of vehicles on land roads, as amended by later regulations), in accordance with other provisions of the ZoPK, including other activities related to check weighingvehicles and activities resulting from generally binding legal regulations.
