- The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract is the provision of low-speed inspection weighing of road motor vehicles of all categories listed in the provisions of § 38a, paragraph 1 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on land transport, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoPK"), including vehicle sets creatureby these vehicles, on Class I road No. I/50 in the cadastral territory of Stary Hrozenkov (the definition of vehicle categories is specified by Act No. 56/2001 Coll. on the Conditions of Vehicle Operation on Roads, as amended, and Executive Decree No. 341 /2014 Coll., on the approval of the technical methodquantity and technical conditions for the operation of vehicles on roads, as amended), in accordance with other provisions of the ZoPK, including other activities related to the control weighing of vehicles and activities resulting from generally binding legal regulations.
