- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the safe collection, removal and disposal of hazardous waste and the collection of other waste from the residents of the city of Hostivice in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular the Waste Act 541/2020 Coll. and other executive regulations such as regulations 273/2021 Coll. on waste loading details and 8/2021 Coll., waste catalog and waste hazard assessment.
The contractor will regularly notify the city of Hostivice of the type and quantity of collected waste. The content of the contractor is thus captured and provided for its own purposes for waste collection with sufficient capacity. - Documents:
