Description:
The subject of the contract is to conclude a contract and proper and timely provision of comprehensive cleaning services with effect from 1. 8. 2025 for the entire duration of the contract, which will be concluded for a fixed period of 48 months. The contracting authority reserves the right to move the beginning of the performance of the public contract to a later date, This is mainly due to possible delays in the tendering procedure and the conclusion of the contract with the selected supplier. The obligation of the selected supplier will be ensured by complete cleaning services in administrative and operating buildings of the contracting authority, including the provision of all related performances, equipment, tools, Transport, materials and supervision needed to secure them to the extent set out in this tender documentation, and will include in particular the following activities:
Ensuring cleaning in the creation of unpredictable events and defects requiring their immediate removal (cleaning in case of spills fluids, breaking of glass, table pollution, floors, etc.)
b) Further cleaning at the request of the contracting authority beyond regular cleaning (eg cleaning after moving, maintenance of equipment, removal of current pollution, cleaning after accidents, planned events, washing windows (including frames and blinds), outdoor blinds Or blinds (using a suitable technique to ensure the selected supplier), etc.
The subject of the public contract also includes the supply of consumer and hygienic material, its regular replenishment to the magazines (toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soaps, foam soaps, fresheners vz...
