Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
a) collection and removal of mixed municipal waste
b) collection and transfer for further use of separated components of mixed municipal waste
c) collection and transfer for further use of biodegradable components of mixed municipal waste
d) collection and removal dangerous slmunicipal waste collection
e) extraordinary collection
f) operation of collection yards
Specified in more detail in Annex No. 1 a) and b) of the tender documentation (Unpriced itemized budget).
The unpriced itemized budget that forms Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation is divided to two tables a) and b). They are listed in table a).items for waste collection and removal, including the transition to D2D settlements (for approximately the first two years of performance from the conclusion of the contract). Table b) shows the items for waste collection and removal after the transition to D2D (for the following years of performance after the transition to D2D).
During the performance of the subject of this public contract bthe supplier can gradually switch to a door-to-door waste collection system. The supplier will perform the activities specified in the draft contract according to the instructions of the contracting authority, i.e. until the transition to the door-to-door system according to Appendix No. 1 a) of the procurement documentation and from the transition according to Appendix No. 1 b) of the procurement documentation. In transduring the valid period, in which the collection will be implemented in part according to both systems, the supplier will report activity according to the actual implementation.
The client has the right to determine and change the places and frequency of collections. Operating hours must have the same range of services and times as the sum...
