• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive provision of operation, work of a telephone mechanic and service of the Mitel OpenScape Enterprise system, including its accessories, located in the building of the Ministry of Finance, Letenská 15, Prague 1 (including KTZ in the locations Legerova 69, Voctářova 9/11, Cihelná 548/7 and Washingtonova 1621/11) (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of performance") for the duration of the contract between the Principal and the selected supplier. The contract is concluded for a period of 48 months. Securing the subject of performance consists of the following sub-parts fulfillments: a) operation: 1. provision of the required services from the Provider (SLA parameters) specified in Annex No. 1.1 of the procurement documentation - Parameters and specifications of the services provided (hereinafter also "ZD") (hereinafter also "Annex No. 1.1 ZD"), among other provision configuration and consultation hours of an expert/specialist technician in the range of 10 hours per month; 2. provision of the services of a trained technician for the Mitel OpenScape Enterprise system in the form of his personal presence at the address Prague 1, Letenská 525/15, postal code 118 10, in working days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to the extent specified in Appendix No. 1.1 of the ZD (hereinafter referred to as "Operation"); b) service: 1. provision of repairs for devices whose specifications and number are listed in Appendix No. 1.2 ZD - Specifications of serviced technology (hereinafter also "Appendix No. 1.2 ZD"); 2. provision of service services according to the categorization of defects in reaction times and repair times according to Appendix No. 1 ZD - Binding Draft Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Binding Draft Contract"); 3. free provision of necessary products for service (I...
