Description:
The subject of this public contract is to ensure a comprehensive supply and distribution of medicinal products containing vaccines for regular vaccinations for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029, pursuant to Decree No. 537/2006 Coll. antigenic composition of vaccines specified by the Ministry of Health pursuant to Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On Public Health Protection and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Vaccinations") by a selected supplier (distributor) The substances will be paid under the specified conditions from the funds of public health insurance in accordance with Act No. 48/1997 Coll., On Public Health Insurance and on the amendments and supplementation of certain related acts, as amended. The vaccines will be supplied by the selected supplier by the selected /distributed Directly contractual providers of health services of individual health insurance companies who perform regular vaccinations, always at a specific workplace in which they perform their medical practice.
