- The contracting authority divided the public contract within the meaning of Sections 35 and Section 101 of the Act on Part:
Part 1 - liquid -cooled computing servers
Part 2 - Storage servers and network equipment
Part 3 - GPU Server Karlov server room
Each part of the public contract is a completely separate subject of the contracting authority's procedure in the tender. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the public contract.
Unless the tender documentation stipulates otherwise, the individual provisions of the tender documentation apply to each part of the public contract.
Unless the tender documentation stipulates otherwise, the supplier is obliged to submit the required Documents or documents for each part of the public contract for which he submits an offer separately.
The subject of the fulfillment of part 1 of the public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of liquid -cooled computational servers according to the contracting authority's requirements.
Subject of Part 1 Public Procurement is specified in specification performance (Annex No. 5a of the tender documentation) and in the business and payment conditions (Annex 3a of the tender documentation).
The subject of part 3 Public Procurement is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the GPU servers in the Karlov server room according to the contracting authority's requirements.
