- The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement, on the basis of which external public procurement administration services will be provided to the contracting authority. The framework agreement will be concluded for a fixed period of 4 years. The obligation ends with the expiry of the agreed period or the exhaustion of the maximum price (CZK 12,100,000incl. VAT). The framework agreement will be concluded with one selected bidder. The subject of the performance is the provision of services consisting of:
1.comprehensive representation of the AOPK CR as a contracting authority in the exercise of rights and obligations according to the ZZVZ related to procurement procedures and procurement procedures of public contracts awarded by itek for construction works, supplies and services, namely in all types of procurement procedures and procurement procedures in the sense of ยง 43 ZZVZ; As part of the administration of all types of procurement procedures, the preparation of a binding draft contract is included; The handling of objections is not included in the administration of all types of procurement proceduresto the participants and the processing of statements to the UOHS.
2. provision of other services related to the issue of ZZVZ and the issue of awarded public contracts, i.e. consultation in the field of legal issues, assessment and processing of objections received by the contracting authority against the contracting authority's actions, processing of statements to the Officedu for the protection of economic competition (UOHS), etc.
