Description:
The subject of this public contract is the service to ensure high availability of audiovisual content to Internet users, including a web player that can be inserted into the parliamentary website.
The subject of performance also includes technical support for the contracting authority and users of the service. ServiceIt will take place on the basis of a framework agreement concluded for a period of 48 months. The more detailed specifications of the subject are given in Annex 10 of this tender documentation (specification of the subject of performance), which will form Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement.
