Description:
CzechTourism announces a public contract for the implementation (construction) of the exhibition for the presentation of the Czech Republic at the ITB Berlin 2025 Foreign Fair on the 04.-06.03.2025 including the complete subsequent ensuring the implementation of the exhibition on the spot, including related and accompanying services. Catering, etc. The exhibition will be used to present the Czech Republic as an attractive tourist destination and at the same time allow the participants of public and private entities, such as hotels, spa houses, travel agencies, regional Central Tourism, cities and other entities involved in the driveway Rust or representing national wealth from various disciplines, which in the interests of the Czech Republic to present abroad. The subject of the public contract includes the implementation of the exhibition at the selected fair. Parties of the tendering procedure are entitled to submit their offers only for the whole of the public contract. The price for renting the fair area will be paid separately by the customer (contracting authority) - therefore the participants will not include this price in their total bid price.
