- The subject of the public contract is the service consisting of grassy areas, wood maintenance, wooden elements of furniture, water elements, road networks and ensuring the cleanliness of maintained areas in the city - Biotope Single Valley. Work/services They will be carried out according to the instructions/requirements of the contracting authority, to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions of the public contract. The subject of performance of the public contract is defined by the draft/model of the contract, which is attached to the tender documentation and its attachments.
The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier. Filling will be take place without restoring the competition for the duration of the framework agreement.
