• Description:
• The subject of the performance is services consisting in ensuring maintenance and minor repairs on the objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in Prague, specifically the buildings Na Poříčním právu 376/1, Prague 2, Podskalská 1290/19, Prague 2, Karlovo náměstí 1359/1, Prague 2 and Křížová 3194/6a, Prague 5. It is discussed both flat-rate services and services ordered according to current needs. Flat-rate services: The supplier ensures through maintenance workers (on working days from Monday to Friday, during working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) - Basic maintenance and minor services repairs - so-called janitor work (up to 4 workers, each for 40 hours per week) - Electrical services (in the scope of 1 worker for 40 hours per week) - Operation and regular maintenance of the exchange station and gas boilers (within the scope of 1 worker 1 day a week for 8 hours) Services according to the current need: • provision of continuous emergency service • provision of additional workers beyond the framework of flat-rate janitorial activities at the request of the client • provision of special activities based on the client's current needs and pricing supplier's offer (e.g. masonry work, blacksmith work, carpentry work, etc., beyond the scope of work specified in Annex No. 1 of the contract) The subject of fulfillment is also consumables, which are billed and reimbursed according to current consumption according to the current ones prices.
