- Comprehensive management of waste from health care, with irregular occurrence and irregularly removed waste of category N and O and their disposal from the premises of the Contracting Authority (IKEM facility), VideΕska 800, 140 21 Prague 4 - KrΔ (Pavilon V) and other buildings used by the Contracting Authority and listed in Article 3 ZD, ktere includes activities specified in detail in the price calculation for NC calculation, which forms Ex.2 ZD. The above-mentioned waste is in accordance with Β§7(6) of Decree No. 8/2021 Coll. classified as hazardous waste, marked with category "N" and "O". The client is the originator of waste according to the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll. on wasteecho ("ZoO"). The supplier must be an authorized person to dispose of Waste within the meaning of ZoO. The service includes the collection, loading, transportation and disposal of waste or its use, consists in taking over the Waste, acquiring the ownership right to it and subsequent disposal or further use of such waste, including reimbursementof all relevant fees related thereto, in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZoO.
