- Comprehensive management of waste from healthcare. care, with irregular occurrence and irregularly removed waste of categories N and O, their disposal from the premises of the Employer and (IKEM facility), Videňska 800, 140 21 Prague 4 (Pavilon V) and other facilities used by the Employer, listed in Article 3 ZD, which includesactivities specified in detail in the price calculation for calculating NC, which forms Ex.2 ZD. The above-mentioned waste is in accordance with §7(6) of Decree No. 8/2021 Coll. classified as hazardous waste, marked with category "N" and "O". The client is the originator of waste according to the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll. on waste ("ZoO").The supplier must be an authorized person to dispose of Waste within the meaning of ZoO. The service includes the collection, loading, transportation and disposal of waste or its use, it consists in taking over the Waste, acquiring ownership. rights to it and the subsequent disposal or further use of the waste, including payment of all relevantrelated fees, in accordance with Art. ZoO. Inspection of the place of performance 11/28/22 at 1:30 p.m.
