Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a contract to ensure the services of further operation and development of the product ALVAO Service Desk from date 1.7.2025. Due to the fact that the MPO has already purchased a permanent license Alvao Service Desk for 1100 users in on-premise solutions (ie licensing on users) is notFor example, these licenses should be re -purchased and within this public contract should only be provided by Maintenance for existing Alvao Service Desk licenses and related Advanced Workflows and Custom Apps for 1100 users for 4 years. Part of the public contract will be to provide support andEnsuring the operation of the SW by the selected supplier. The subject of the public contract will also be the possible future development of ALVAO Service board, consulting or training work, or expanding the number of licenses to users and the related Maintenance.
