The subject of performance of the public contract is to provide services consisting in ensuring the operation of waste collection facilities pursuant to Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, as amended, for taking waste produced in the territory of Brandys nad Labem-Stara Boleslav from the contracting authority, from natural persons Non-entrepreneurs with permanent residence in Brandys nad Labem-Stara Boleslav and from the owners of real estate in the town of Brandys nad Labem-Stara Boleslav and ensure re-collection according to Act No. 542/2020 Coll. persons, and subsequent handling of the waste taken (the described equipment will be in summary as a "collection yard").
