- The subject of the performance of the public contract within the framework of this procurement procedure is service services (hereinafter referred to as "services") for ensuring 24-hour (i.e. continuous) operation of information technologies of the operational center (hereinafter referred to as "ISOR") Healthcare rescue services of the Karlovy Vary region (hereinafter also referred to as "ZZS KVK" or "ZZS"). In addition, the services will provide technical support within the guaranteed times, while the actual provision of repairs or replacement of hardware components in the event of their failure, crash or loss of functionality is not covered. Before starting the provision of service services in full, a so-called initialization will take place, during which the participant will be familiarized with the state of the individual devices on site and will subsequently take them over.
