Description:
The subject of the public contract is the services of cleaning the selected public space of Česky Těšin and the operation of the selected public toilet of Česky Těšin. Specifically, these are the following locations and activities:
a) Ensuring regular cleaning of the building and outdoor spacesCentral transport terminal platforms on Jablunkovska 2128/8a in Česky Těšin, especially:
- Machine cleaning of the waiting room for passengers, corridors, toilet incl. washrooms and cleaning rooms;
- toilet cleaning incl. Washbasins;
- WC Equipment incl. Washbasins with all hygienic needs, objects andaids and their regular replenishment;
- Washing doors of the passenger waiting room;
- washing of benches located in the waiting room for passengers;premises;
- Winter maintenance of outdoor spaces;
- collection fee for toilet use in case of dysfunction of access turnstile at toilet;
- reporting of defects, repair and necessary maintenance CDT equipment including toilet and washroom, especially access turnstile to toilet.
b)Behind the Avion cafe in Česky Těšin, especially:
- Operation of public toilet;
- cleaning the public toilet and its immediate surroundings incl. ensuring the feasibility of the immediate surroundings;
- Equipment of public toilet with all hygienic needs, objects and aids and their regular replenishment;
