Description:
The subject of the public contract is the services of renting 47 units of multifunctional printing equipment and service and material support to ensure the operability and good technical condition of both these rented multifunctional printing devices and 12 multifunction printing devicesowned by the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"), regular maintenance of all devices, and ensuring the supply of consumables for these devices, with the exception of office paper.and the number of copies/prints per year 2024 and K 1. The minimum configuration of rented multifunctional printing devices required by the contracting authority is given in Annex 5 to the tender documentation,Including their location and the number of printed parties and the number of copies/prints per 2024 and K 1. 5.The subject of performance also includes integration, configuration and ensuring the functionality of all devices within this system.
