Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as "the contract") is the provision of service support for the existing central IP telephony based on the OpenScape Voice system (hereinafter referred to as "service support").
Service support means the provision of local support of Unify's deployed technology in the form of an SLA, mediationm certified partner.
Service support means the provision of professional services related to the use of deployed technology.
Service support includes 3 service categories:
basic technical support (category A),
SW and HW support (category B),
configuration and service support and training (cacategory C).
A more detailed specification of the subject of the performance of the public contract is given in Appendix No. 1 of the Procurement Documentation Draft service contract. The required parameters of service support according to individual categories and their scope are listed in Appendix No. 4 Tender documentation - Specification of the required parametersmeters of service support (SLA) and in Appendix No. 5 Tender documentation - Specifications of the serviced technology and the place of performance of service support.
