• Description:
• The subject of the public contract consists in ensuring the services of an external call center with a minimum of 50 FTE operators within the meaning of Article 3.5.4 (a). a) the tender documentation, part B - qualification documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Qualification Documentation") that would cover increased demands on the capacity of the internal call center the contracting authority.
  The subject of the public contract is to provide the services of an external call center by a supplier to the contracting authority, especially in:
  (i) security of premises, all material, IT and personnel equipment needed to operate an external call center by the supplier at the expense of the supplier;
  (ii) acceptance, The processing and handling of individual telephone requirements of existing and potential customers of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "customer") made on the customer line of the contracting authority that will be redirected through the contracting authority's IT system to an external call center, via telephone, or. subsequent paper or electronic written interactions with customers; and
  (iii) Realization:

  As these are specified in Annex 1 of the binding pattern of the Framework Agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation, part and - instructions of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "instructions").
