- The subject of the public contract is to ensure the introduction and operation of a fare payment system in urban public transport operated by the contracting authority through mobile communication using SMS messages in the MT billing mode (hereinafter also "Electronic ticket"), which is a way of paying fares to passengers,i.e. the moment of fare payment is the moment when the passenger's terminal device receives a return SMS MT billing message containing the Electronic ticket itself, and complete management of the entire system including funds received as part of payments in the form of an Electronic ticket.
