Description:
The subject of the public contract is to provide services to take over in particular to take over the services from the existing provider, which provides the contracting authority of the support and operation of the contracting authority's infrastructure on the basis of the purchase plan, elaborated by the supplier within the offer.Started in Annex 5, the tender documentation "Binding proposal
Framework Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement") will continue to conclude partial contracts ("partial contract") on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to provide the contracting authority through members of the implementation teamServices consisting in:
i) Provision of technological and application support for infrastructure operation
and user support of the contracting authority under the conditions of individual catalog sheets
referred to in Annex 1 of the framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "catalog sheets"), in particular (not exclusively) in the following areas:
a.Consolidation and Administration of HW and SW infrastructure;
b. server support, security, surveillance, storage, virtualization,
backup and network infrastructure;
c. system support and management and management of configurations;
d. directory systems;
e. support for end users and end devices;
f. monitoring andSafety infrastructure surveillance services,
g. Maintenance and extension of guarantees on HW and SW
(hereinafter referred to as "Catalog Services");
