Description:
The subject of this public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers by public transport passenger transport in order to ensure transport services of the Moravian -Silesian Region, especially in the area of Haviřov III for 10 traffic years. Transport services will be provided in this area Using CNG buses and using hydrogen buses according to the definition in Annex 1 to the contract. More detailed requirements for vehicles are given in the chapter "Technical Requirements".
Annexes 4, 9 and 20 ODIS technical and operating standards containing information about virtual odis, BČK systems Moravian -Silesian cards and SAM modules MSK contain confidential information. The contracting authority shall provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to the suppliers in accordance with Section 36 (8) of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Section 96 (2) of the Public Procurement Act only on the basis of the application and compared to the submission of the signed Confidential Information Agreement (hereinafter just "nda"). The binding pattern of the NDA, forming Annex 3, is published at the same time as the tender documentation on the contracting authority's profile for free download.
