- The subject of the public contract are services consisting in the provision of winter maintenance of local roads - sidewalks - in the territory of the Brno-sever district. The participant, as a future supplier, will be responsible for the passability of local roads adapted to the weather situation and its consequences, in the mannerestablished in Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Roads, as amended, and in the implementing regulations for this Act, especially in Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., which implements the Act on Roads, as amended regulations, and also by the generally binding decree of the city of Brno No. 16/1998, as amended.
This concerns the maintenance of sidewalks as local roads IV. classes that are inaccessible to road motor vehicle traffic, or on which mixed traffic is allowed. These are separate sidewalks, footpaths, cycle paths, paths in cottage areas, underpasses, footbridges, stairs, footpaths, calm roads, residential and pedestrian areas, etc. The passability of these roads is ensured by sweeping or shoveling snow, scraping frost and sprinkling with roughening materials. The rules for removing defects in viability, including deadlines, are contained in the city decree Bron No. 16/1998, on the passability of local roads, as amended.
