• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the modification of the technical and software resources currently operated by the contracting authority in the form of replacing the current 2 HSM modules with their newer version, including the necessary software resources, and their installation, implementation and configuration in the client's environment so that the newly delivered HSM modules meet the QSCD ("Qualified Seal Creation Device") requirements after implementation in the contractor's system environment, and providing related operational support. More specifications the subject of the public contract is stated in the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation. In view of the fact that the contracting authority has fully integrated existing HW and SW resources in its IS structure, and in view of the fact that the certification of existing HW and The SW of the resources will be terminated and without it the HW and SW resources cannot be used properly and the transition to other HW and SW resources would entail disproportionately high costs on the part of the contracting authority in relation to the necessary modification of all existing applications and systems that for sealing using existing means, the contracting authority considers that in this case it is justified by the very subject of the public contract to refer to a certain product, or on HW and SW means and support of a specific manufacturer, the acquisition of which is the subject of this public contracts.
