• The contracting authority determines the fixed conditions of the competition - an assignment that the participant is obliged to accept in its entirety as follows: • These are two separate parts / contracts for the Supply and commissioning of two separate playgrounds, when the result of the competition is a signed contract with one supplier or several suppliers - for each course separately. • Individual individual orders have the name: A) Children's playground and workout from the School B) Toufarova's Workout • A tour of the fulfillment sites is necessary for the processing of the offer. The client does not organize collective inspection of the place of fulfillment. The date of the inspection of the place of performance must be arranged in advance by phone • Use will be for all age categories with the restriction that only accompanied by a person over 18 years of age • Fitness elements will be fixed and movable, basically maintenance-free and aesthetically stable (minimum maintenance requirements at the level of inspection 1x to 2x per year) • Each of the two playgrounds as a whole must successfully resist vandalism and theft of parts or units • Range of suitable fitness elements - see other competition specifications • Confirmation that the elements have been tested or certified according to the standard for fitness equipment: ČSN EN 16630 (940202), ČSN EN 1176 (play elements) / 1177 (impact surfaces), Current edition, Permanently installed fitness equipment for outdoor use CPV subject: Playground equipment Equipment parks and playgrounds Construction work
