- The subject of the public contract is the supply of an NMR spectrometer for measurements in the liquid phase according to the required specification (hereinafter referred to as the "Spectrometer"). The spectrometer is intended for the needs of the student laboratories of organic chemistry, the Institute of Organic Chemistry and the Institute of Chemistry of Natural Substances as a supplement and partial nenclosure of simultaneously used devices. The spectrometer must be able to be placed in one room with dimensions of 620 x 590 cm with the existing 400 MHz spectrometer. Delivery of complete Spectrometer accessories, control software and usage rights to this software, transport to the place of fulfillment,professional installation, commissioning, testing, handing over the documents required to take over and use the Spectrometer, technical and application training of the Customer's operator at the place of delivery to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Spectrometer's delivery (two-phase training of the Spectrometer operator with the first phasei after the installation of the device and in the second phase after 3 months from the start of operation of the device), warranty service of at least 12 months for hardware and software.
The client requires a new device, not a demo, refurbished or in any way previously used.
